Why we process it
- to verify your identity and assess your application (performance of a contract and legal obligation);
- to service your loan, send reminders and handle payments (performance of a contract);
- to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering rules (legal obligation);
- to send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Credit bureaus, identity-verification and payment providers, debt-collection partners where a loan is in default, and public authorities when the law requires it. Every provider acts under a written agreement and may use the data only for the purpose we define.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering law after the relationship ends; accounting records for the period required by accounting law. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. Requests are answered within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
